This site facilitates communication between you and our clinicians, providing convenient, 24 hour access to your medical information and appointment scheduling from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office. Patient Portal is a secure, web-based system, offered free of charge, that allows you to:
Request new appointments and see dates/times of upcoming appointments.
Request lab tests and referrrals.
View laboratory and diagnostic test results.
Access trustworthy patient education databases.
In the future, we hope to add additional services on Patient Portal, including requesting prescription refills, viewing immunization status, sending messages directly to your care provider and much much more!
Patient Portal is an option, not an obligation, provided to you. We are still available by phone during and after office hours. However, using the portal allows you to bypass voicemails and telephone trees and can be accessed from any internet device, including cell phones. Patient Portal IS NOT:
To be used for urgent or emergent communications or requests.
To be used in replacement of scheduled office appointments.
In order to use Patient Portal you will need a username and password. To get this information, please call our receptionist today. For security purposes, you will need to verify your birth date prior to gaining access to this information.
